Bathroom Remodel
Appletree East Newcastle
For this project we stripped the old bathroom out, right back to floor joists and block walls. Installed new cabre flooring, re boarded all walls with moisture resistant boards. We created niches for the bath and shower, tiled floor and all walls to ceiling and installed all new white goods, new radiator, LED mirror and light fittings.
Kitchen Remodel
Holme East Newcastle
Here we ripped the old kitchen out, knocked the wall between kitchen and dining room out, replastered all, fitted a new kitchen, installed new french doors and windows and lay new luxury vinyl flooring.
Sun room conversion
Apperly Stocksfield
For this conversion we demolished an old single glazed conservatory and built up with matching brickwork, lintels & cill detail. We then installed a warm roof system with a single ply membrane finish. We then installed hardwood windows and doors to match original.
Loft Conversion & Extension
Tynemouth
For this project we converted a disused, sizable, loft space into a beautiful living space with a large master bedroom, en suite bathroom & dressing room. Downstairs we extended across the entire back of the house adding a huge new kitchen area and dining/hosting area.
